TERMS OF USE

Using the National Pension Week platform

These terms explain the conditions for using National Pension Week digital services, public information and participation pathways.

Using this website

Lawful and responsible use

By using the National Pension Week website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, functionality, registration systems, competition integrity or other users.

Event information

National Pension Week information is published in good faith. Dates, speakers, venues and programme items may change where operationally necessary. Material changes will be communicated through official National Pension Week channels.

For the current published schedule, use the Programme.

Registration and attendance

Registration does not guarantee admission where an event reaches capacity or where accreditation or eligibility conditions apply. The participation options currently available are shown on the Take Part page.

Competitions

Competition participation is subject to the specific rules published for that competition. Those specific rules prevail over these general website terms for competition matters.

Competition information is available through Youth Engagement, including the Essay Competition and Quiz Competition pages. A competition flow is available only when its published eligibility, rules and participation controls are active.

Public information, not personal advice

Website content is provided for public information and education. It should not be treated as personalised financial, legal or investment advice.

Copyright and protected content

Logos, photographs, recordings and other protected content on this platform may not be commercially reproduced without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits.

External links and services

External links are provided for convenience. Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using a third-party service.

Protecting the platform and participants

Access, accounts or submissions may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the website, participants, competition integrity or legal compliance.

Privacy and cookies

Use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice. Information about essential and optional website technologies, including how to change consent choices, is available in the Cookie Notice.
